Your own state is your super power

Have you noticed the different in doing the same things physically and one time you are in a negative state and the next time in a total positive one?

I have this experience a lot in the last couple of days. Often things like chores and boring things are extremely hard when I already have negative believes about my own self or a bad day. Since I started exercising in the morning again a few days ago, I’m now on fire in the morning. I’m ready to bring out the trash with joy, because it annoys me and I don’t even question myself if now is the best time or not, I just do it.

This clearly remembered me of one extremely valuable lesson I again and again forget to remember, but it gets more and more engrained once I remember it:
