Give thanks for what is.
I woke up this morning with anxiety, a rush of stress against the clock I couldn’t quite place.
Of course not! I’m human, not a machine after all! And now the time is ticking!
I took a deep breath and decided to hit the yoga mat for some grounding and inspiration; day 30 of the 31-days of yoga program I started on October 1st. (Another fail!) And then it hit me! It’s November — the month of gratitude!
