#7: Servant Leadership Part 1 (with multiple sources)

Servant leadership is centered around the idea of a genuine desire to serve others. Putting others and their feelings at the same level as yourself in order to complete a task is what sets this way of leading apart from others. Through embracing servant leadership, stronger teams are formed.

Servant leaders share power with their peers, instead of taking all of it. They contribute to the personal development of their team members by actively seeking better performance by everyone.
